Mobile Software Engineer
We are looking for a talented .NET object-oriented programmer interested in working for a successful software company located in Brookfield, WI. This is a great opportunity for anyone that wants to work on .NET 3.0, Silverlight and cutting-edge mobile software solutions.
Description
Develop new features for the Metrix Mobile platform and field service applications. The successful candidate will significantly impact the growth of our mobility business. Responsibilities include working across the entire software development lifecycle, (from requirements gathering to customer implementations) and creating elegant, flexible, scalable, loosely-coupled solutions.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent, MS a plus
- Minimum 4 years experience in software development
- Minimum 2 years of .NET (C#) programming experience
- Microsoft SQL Server background with SQL proficiency
- Knowledge of Windows Mobile and .NET Compact Framework
- Understanding of web services, SOA, reflection and metadata
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team
- Experience creating mobile or user-configurable apps, a plus
- Experience with mobile/wireless technologies, back-office integration, messaging, a plus

Qualifications

- Self-starter with excellent technical problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building 3-tier, metadata-driven SOA apps a plus
